3GT Outdoor Ranges is a non-profit building a state-of-the-art outdoor shooting and recreational sports facility (trap & skeet, pistol, rifle, archery, and 3-gun competition) focused on youth education, firearm safety, mentorship, and community engagement. We're seeking an experienced grant writer to help fund our mission. What we need: Research and identify grants suited to youth development, outdoor education, firearms/hunter safety programs, and community/recreation nonprofits Write and submit compelling grant proposals (state, federal, and private foundation) Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance Help tell our story — safety, leadership, mentorship, and building a first-of-its-kind community facility Ideal candidate: Proven track record writing grants Strong, persuasive writing skills with attention to detail Familiarity with foundation, state, or federal grant databases a plus Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Details: Freelance / contract, flexible hours Compensation: 15% commission on unrestricted grants confirmed and awarded (no cap) Remote OK To apply: reply with your resume, examples of grants you've helped secure, and rate expectations.
