I am a PhD student at UTSA and I am looking for jury eligible adults 18+ years old to participate in a jury deliberation about a child testimony case. This study will take place on the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) downtown campus and will take approximately 2 1/2 hours. You can earn up to $30 in Walmart gift cards for completing the study. In this study you will be asked to watch a video of a child providing testimony and then talk with up to five of your peers until the group reaches an agreement about whether the accused is guilty or not guilty. You will also be asked to complete surveys before and after the discussion about your opinons on the case. Our next session will be held on Saturday June 20th from 10am-12:30pm.
