Bike / Weight Workout Cool Springs (Cool Springs Franklin)
Serious replies only please. This is not a personals ad, strictly activity partner only. 2 hour workout minimum, 5 minute break maximum. You must own a good solid on road bike. Must be able to bike 10 miles without stopping on flat pavement in 47 minutes in parking lots not on the road. Must be able to execute 1 full pullup (not chin up) or willing to work on it and already trying. These workouts will include weight lifting. Cool Springs in Franklin only, no exceptions.
