anyone have, or interested in putting together, a jam group? I am a drummer and played my way through high school and college. A little rusty but can knock off the cobwebs pretty quick I think..... I have played classic rock, 90's and 2000's country... some newer country, Hootie & the blowfish, Staind, Creed, Worship music.... a wide variety but mostly the most well known songs in all of those I listed. I have a drum kit but its a cheap one with no electronics. I'm willing to spend some money on a better kit and/or electronics if someone can give guidance and help me put it together. I'd love to just have a weekly/bi-weekly or whatever jam session. I do have a shop (close to madison) where we COULD set up but no heat or AC... but plenty of room though. Does anyone have any interest? I would assume we would need lead, rhythm, bass, and some keys... I have no equipment but plenty of room for it to be set up and it can actually even be left there if we need to.. HMU with any interest!
