I am creating a group of local senior citizens to get together with, maybe have a cola or a beer. But mostly it's to form a support system for each other, especially those of us that don't have close family. We can help each other with pets, checking the house if someone is hospitalized. Generally I'm trying to build a small family of senior citizens to take care of each other when one of us needs a hand. I'm looking forward to new friendships. I look forward to shrimp boils and making new friends.
