SDSU Research Study on Bone Health in Postmenopausal Women π¦΄
Researchers at San Diego State University (SDSU) are conducting a clinical study to evaluate whether daily prune consumption (30g), combined with calcium and vitamin D supplementation, can help prevent bone loss in postmenopausal women.
We are currently recruiting healthy postmenopausal women aged 55β75 to participate in this research. The study will examine how prunes may support bone health, particularly in populations at higher risk for osteoporosis.
