Redondo Beach Pier 100 Fisherman's Wharf Redondo Beach, CA 90277 PARKING: Redondo Beach Pier parking lot is $2.00 per hour and can be paid upon parking by parking space number, at any kiosk. Credit/Debit card or exact change is required. Additional paid and street metered and non-metered parking available in surrounding neighborhood. Please read street parking signs. The 52nd Annual Kite Festival returns to Redondo Beach Pier on Sunday, March 8th at noon (daylight savings time). This all-ages event is free and open to the public. Everyone is invited to bring a kite to fly on the beach immediately south of the Redondo Beach Pier. Kites will also be available for purchase on the pier. Arrive early to park and watch a special opening performance by Dance 1 followed by a martial arts demonstration from Quest Taekwondo. DJ Nephew will be spinning all of your favorite tunes and serving as the event MC throughout the day. Dance to live music by 1969, featuring classic rock from the sixties and seventies.
