NEEDED, an advocate who is familiar the "AZ mobile home parks-residential landlord/tenant Act", and will volunteer their time to help a tenant with a safety issue. I bought my home from this senior park and rent the lot. The landlords negligence in keeping my lot safe has created personal and real property damage. I expect reimbursement for the recent damages and repairs I've paid for. Also, the owners of this senior park must make proper measures to prevent future damage. I need a knowledgeable advocate that will help go after these landlords for violations. It is the parks responsibility to fix the safety issues, but they refuse. I need these landlords to obey the Landlord-Tenant Act! (If only I could speak to Kris Mayes directly). Thank you.
