$75 Personlized Fitness Program: Building the Habit

Most people don’t fail at fitness because they’re lazy. They fail because they never build the habit. Gym memberships go unused. Expensive personal training works only during the session, then stops. Motivation fades, routines collapse, and money gets wasted.
This 21-day virtual starter program is designed specifically to fix that problem. You’ll do 15-minute Virtual exercise sessions (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet, Facetime, Teams) with me personally four times per week for three weeks (12 total sessions). The focus is on learning how to fit exercise into real life and developing the habit. After 21 days, you’ve built the routine and can confidently move into a full fitness program.
The first session is free and used simply to make sure you like the format and that it feels right for you. If it’s not a fit, there is no obligation to continue.
This works best for adults who know they should be exercising, but can’t stay consistent on their own- and don’t want long, exhausting workouts. Text “Habit” to 470-239-0581. I’ll ask a few quick questions and let you know if this is a good fit for you.

I only take a limited number of people per 21-day cycle to keep it personal.
